Wex Factor
On Wednesday 10th March 2010 Acton High School had an interactive production by the Rah Rah Theatre who come in and hosted a game show called the Wex Factor. Wex Factor is a Theatre in Education show which prepares pupils for their Work Experience
The actors were very animated and energetic which excited the Year 10 students. They were split into two teams. Students had to play against each other on the buzzer to answer work experience based questions.
They then had to dress two students for different roles. One for an office position and the other was in construction, both of those students then had to walk down the middle in catwalk style to show their clothing to the rest of the year group.
The show lasted for approximately 1 hour and covered customer services, dress to impress, interview techniques, employer’s expectations and health and safety
